By the way, here is the Hopkins reference from the article. I’m glad to see that the JHU professor here was the one who *reported* the alleged harassment. My sympathies to the former student.
“The Stanford Daily also reported that a professor at the Johns Hopkins University said that a [JHU] graduate student had accused [Stanford professor Franco] Moretti of touching her inappropriately while he was on the Baltimore campus to give a talk in 1997. The former student declined to comment to the newspaper. Mr. Moretti has said he never sexually assaulted anyone.”
